The Idea
As a startup, Alto Roof Tech wanted to launch its first product into the roofing industry; a one-of-a-kind invisible slate retention clip (the K-ClipⓇ). Traditional roof slab replacement uses unsightly lead-based tabs. The K-Clip, constructed of galvanised spring steel, replaces this with a secure, ‘invisible’ solution. With the initial design created, Alto Roof Tech were on the hunt for a reliable, experienced manufacturer to make the product.
