We’re proud to offer apprenticeships here at European Springs & Pressings Ireland. Many of our team members once began their careers as apprentices, and we continue to support the young workforce with these opportunities.

What to Expect From Our Apprenticeships:

• Studying: As with many apprenticeships, you’ll spend part of your time in college or in-house learning about the industry.

• Shadowing: We’ve got a team of experts, and you’ll be shadowing some of them during your time as an apprentice. This is where you can ask questions and help further your learning.
• Supervised Work: You’ll get to take a hands-on approach, completing some machine and equipment work under the supervision of our team.
• Assessment: A supervisor will conduct regular check-ins with you to see how you’re progressing, in addition to practical exams and coursework.

Following a successful apprenticeship, you’ll have the skills you need to achieve the industry-recognised City & Guilds or BTEC qualification, with many of our apprentices being offered a full-time role at the end.

This is the perfect chance to experience classroom learning combined with on-the-job training, and is a fundamental part to the start of your career.
